How the Program Works:

A person with Cystic Fibrosis is placed on ULTRASE® (pancrelipase) or ULTRASE® MT (pancrelipase) therapy. It does not matter where the prescriptions are filled.

The person with CF mails a proof-of-purchase of one month's supply of ULTRASE® or ULTRASE® MT to Scandipharm along with a Schandipharm Comprehensive Care Program for CF ™ Enrollment Form.

Scandipharm sends the Program participant a one-month supply of:
SCANDISHAKE® - 24 shake envelopes and ADEKS® - 60 tablets or a 60ml. Bottle of drops.

Every month, the participant mails in another proof-of-purchase of ULTRASE® or ULTRASE® MT to remain in the Program and receive more SCANDISHAKE® and ADEKS®.

After one full year on the Program, the participant is eligible for a certificate for a FLUTTER® Mucus Clearance Device.
