Introducing CF Living, A New Resource for CF Patients and Caregivers

CF Pharmacy is always on the lookout for ways to make information about cystic fibrosis more accessible. One new resource that we have encountered is called CF Living. This free online program provides strategies for coping with CF, as well as a variety of educational information on the disease. CF Living is also designed to encourage people to work closely with their medical care team, so patients get the most out of their time with their healthcare professionals. We encourage you to take advantage of this new program, whether you are someone living with CF or caring for someone else who is.

By enrolling in CF Living, registrants will be able to take advantage of the following:

• A Personalized Care Team Discussion Guide with tips for how to engage in an open dialogue with your CF Care Team members along with suggested questions to help start an informed conversation
• A series of educational e-mails to help you learn more about cystic fibrosis and what can be done to manage it
• Access to online resources to help you continue learning about the disease
