Freedom Pharmacy and Cystic Fibrosis Pharmacy have been
providing specialty retail pharmacy services since 1984.
Both pharmacies have created distinctive levels of care
for their patients by implementing a model that includes
pharmaceutical manufacturers, payors, physicians, pharmaceutical
care and pharmacy services. The pharmacies focus on medications
for chronic, high-cost and rare diseases. Available products
include oral, injectable and transdermal medications,
intravenous infusions, nutritionals, specially compounded
formulations, small durable medical equipment and medical
supplies. Each patient is included in a Circle of Care,
which includes a pharmacist, a physician, a nurse and
reimbursement specialist to help maximize care.
